Principal Enterprise Release Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the planning, scheduling, and deployment of software and infrastructure releases across the enterprise.
• Maintain a single calendar-of-record for all enterprise changes to prevent service conflicts and outages.
• Utilize predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to identify and mitigate release risks.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and automation.
• Ensure all release processes remain audit-ready and compliant with standards like SOX.
• Provide transparent status updates and manage communication for stakeholders and Change Advisory Boards.
• Transition fragmented release practices into a mature model by embedding AI-powered capabilities and automated validation.

What we're looking for

• Must have 7+ years of experience in release management, software engineering, or related disciplines.
• A ServiceNow certification is required.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies is required; certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerBI, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Expertise in AI-driven analytics, Prompt Engineering, and developing Agentic AI workflows is required.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Align, Jira Cloud, JSM, GitHub, and ServiceNow is required.
• Strong understanding of SDLC for SAFe Agile and DevOps environments and IT Service Management (ITSM) is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
