What you'll do

• Lead and mentor data scientists to align with MAI ecosystem goals.
• Develop and execute cross-product measurement strategies, ensuring metric quality.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques to large datasets for accurate performance metrics.

What we're looking for

• Doctorate or equivalent experience in a relevant field with extensive data science background.
• Over 8 years of professional experience managing structured and unstructured data.
• Proficiency in applying statistical techniques and reporting results effectively.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical excellence.
• Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and experimentation design.
• Strong ability to communicate insights to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success in large-scale collaboration across multiple teams.
