What you'll do

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience as a practicing attorney or equivalent.
Active license to practice law and ability to meet admission requirements.
Government Secret Security Clearance required.
Experience with complex transactions and legal issues in cloud computing and AI.
Strong knowledge of Federal procurement regulations and related legal matters.
Demonstrated negotiation skills and expertise in drafting complex deals.
