What you'll do

Create concrete architectural plans from ambiguous business goals using spec-driven methodologies.
Design advanced system topologies for safe operation of AI agents on complex codebases.
Lead creation of evaluation harnesses to ensure safety, security, and correctness of agentic output.
Mentor Principal and Staff engineers to foster a culture of rigorous engineering judgment.

What we're looking for

15+ years of professional software engineering experience in large-scale distributed systems or enterprise architectures.
Deep expertise in advanced AI architectures, reinforcement learning, and cloud platforms.
Proven track record in architecting mission-critical production systems with high availability and strict security.
Mastery of fundamental computer science concepts and proficiency in languages like Rust, Python, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
Ability to establish rigorous evaluation frameworks for AI systems, ensuring safety and deterministic correctness.
Experience in designing agentic identity, governance, and security systems for autonomous agents.
Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field preferred.
