As the Chief Architect for Anduril’s advanced EW Airborne Survivability program, you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to design and implement next-generation Electronic Warfare systems. Your role involves defining technical vision, managing risks, and ensuring seamless integration with various platform variants. You will collaborate across disciplines to define system requirements, improve usability and reliability, and integrate onto new platforms. This position requires expertise in Electronic Warfare systems, including Software Defined Radios, FPGA, ARM, x86, and GPU architectures, as well as experience with ESM and ECM techniques, RF/EE/Antenna design, and Integration & Test of RF-based hardware. Ideal candidates will have a background in leading cross-functional teams and executing technical milestones for complex projects.

  • Profound understanding of ESM/ECM architecture including Digital Signal Processing and RF/EE/Antenna design.
  • Hands-on experience with Integration & Test (I&T) of RF-based systems in lab or field environments.
  • Proven leadership in coordinating cross-functional engineering teams for system development.
