  • Master's degree in a relevant field plus 6+ years of experience in product development using machine learning and related areas.
  • Doctorate in a relevant field plus 5+ years of hands-on experience developing algorithms with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Active research expertise in LLM training, AI, data science, information retrieval, or natural language processing.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams for measurable real-world impact.
  • Solid understanding of web documents, data processing concepts, methods, applications, and challenges.
