Principal AI/Automation Solutions Architect

What you'll do

• Translate platform capabilities into production-ready solution architectures for AI and automation use cases.
• Define and maintain reusable architecture patterns, reference implementations, and solution blueprints for enterprise AI.
• Lead discovery sessions and hands-on prototyping to evaluate technical feasibility for business stakeholders.
• Provide architectural governance through design reviews, standards enforcement, and advisory services.
• Ensure all solutions meet security, privacy, resiliency, scalability, and responsible AI practices.
• Communicate technical trade-offs and emerging technology trends to engineers, architects, and senior leadership.
• Mentor engineers and architects across the organization on AI and automation best practices.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology consulting with ownership of large-scale technical initiatives.
• 9+ years of experience architecting, prototyping, and guiding delivery of AI, machine learning, automation, or agentic AI solutions.
• 8+ years of experience partnering with platform engineering and product teams to define reusable architecture patterns and influence technology roadmaps.
• 7+ years of experience designing and governing architectures for multi-agent orchestration, RAG, GraphRAG, and large language model integrations.
• 5+ years of experience leading architecture reviews, technical governance processes, and design standards initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
• Strong full-stack engineering background with the ability to build working prototypes across APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications (preferred).
• Experience with Google Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude, Azure AI, AWS AI services, or similar agent orchestration platforms (preferred).
