Responsibilities include designing scalable fault-tolerant systems, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and managing production systems to meet enterprise SLOs. Required skills include Python programming, Terraform experience, observability tools like Dynatrace and Splunk, and a strong background in DevOps, MLOps, AgentOps, and SRE. Experience with AI observability tools, cloud providers such as GCP or AWS, and LLM orchestration frameworks is highly valued.

What you'll do

Ensure AI systems meet performance, latency, throughput, resiliency, and reliability standards.
Design and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems in collaboration with AI engineers and architects.
Implement CICD, GITOps, and IAC modules using AgentOps NSA and enterprise tooling.
Build standardized deployment templates, automation scripts, and operational runbooks for AI workloads.
Manage production systems to meet enterprise SLOs and handle incident responses effectively.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience building and shipping software/platform solutions for enterprises.
Strong programming skills in Python and extensive experience with IAC (Terraform).
Proven ownership of production CICD, GitOps, and release management gating processes.
Expertise in implementing observability, performance, and reliability solutions including SLOs and alert tuning.
Experience with AI observability/monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Arize & OpenTelemetry/OpenInference.
Foundational knowledge of Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning.
