What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Build and manage Dataverse environments to support data storage and application functionality.
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to drive informed business decisions.
Perform ETL processes and data transformations to ingest and analyze complex datasets.
Integrate various data sources using REST, SOAP, and other API protocols.
Write custom code using Python and JavaScript to enhance platform capabilities.
Ensure all developed solutions meet specific accessibility requirements across multiple browsers and devices.
Communicate technical insights and project updates to diverse stakeholders and end-users.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
3+ years of experience with Python and JavaScript.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI for development, data visualization, and analytics.
Experience with SQL, APIs, and ETL processes.
Knowledge of human capital and workforce analytics.
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Mathematics, or 10+ years of experience in data/analytics to substitute for a degree.
