What you'll do

  • Directs design and development of safety critical flight software meeting industry standards.
  • Oversees execution of test procedures for supplier and Boeing software, documenting results.
  • Tracks supplier performance to ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards.
  • Analyzes and improves efficiency and stability of embedded software systems continuously.
  • Implements emerging technologies and changes in regulations relevant to software development.
  • Directs activities for software and hardware integration throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Communicates and briefs senior leadership on PMPC software integration progress regularly.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience programming with Go, Java, C/C++, Rust, or Python
  • Bachelor's Degree and active Secret U.S. Security Clearance
  • Experience in systems integration and software architecture development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical leadership roles
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD tools
  • Hands-on experience developing embedded software on Linux and Windows platforms
