Essential qualifications include over 10 years of experience in cloud engineering roles, deep hands-on expertise with AWS services like IAM and Lambda, and a strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns. Desirable skills encompass event-driven system experience, software engineering background (Java, JavaScript), familiarity with Redis, and supporting large-scale shared platforms.
