What you'll do

Develop and manage the execution of a Quality Management System (QMS) for internal sites.
Coordinate QMS software implementation across Anduril’s manufacturing sites and supplier locations.
Partner with business teams to prepare new processes and digital tools to meet QMS requirements.
Create an internal QMS roadmap to scale quality processes as the company grows.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the QMS framework.

What we're looking for

Expert knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing in complex product environments.
Experience with multiple QMS standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100D, IATF 16949, etc.
Hands-on experience with QMS software solutions like Net Inspect, Siemens, SAP, ETQ, etc.
Demonstrated project management skills for software system implementation and supplier onboarding.
Knowledge of ERP, PLM, BI systems and their integration in quality processes.
Proven track record of successful QMS implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 3-5 years of experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
