What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in OEM supplier and manufacturing operations for complex hardware and software systems.
  • Proven record in strategy and execution of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in AS9100 certified environments.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality within aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields.
  • Strong ownership mindset with demonstrated capability to drive projects from start to finish across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Hands-on leadership skills, including resourcefulness and a forward-thinking approach to solving ambiguous problems.
