Expertise in configuring and managing Oracle Cloud ERP Payroll applications.
Experience with public sector clients (state governments, counties, cities).
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools like HCM Extract, HDL, PBL.
Ability to lead software development lifecycle from analysis to unit testing.
Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and debugging.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
