What we're looking for

5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead
Expertise in configuring and managing Oracle Cloud ERP Payroll applications
Experience with public sector clients (state governments, counties, cities)
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools like HCM Extract, HDL, PBL
Ability to lead software development lifecycle from analysis to unit testing
Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and debugging
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
