What we're looking for

5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead
Expertise in configuring and managing Oracle Cloud ERP Payroll applications
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extract, HDL, PBL
Ability to lead software development lifecycle including analysis and configuration
Experience with public sector clients (state governments, counties, cities)
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
