What we're looking for

  • Master's Degree (preferred).
  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including design, implementation, and integration of multiple products or platforms.
  • Experience with industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen to analyze business needs.
  • Experience resolving complex customer issues by recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Experience designing and implementing technical solutions by evaluating and selecting appropriate methods and techniques.
  • Experience providing direction and oversight to project teams and influencing key decisions made by customer leadership.
  • Deep understanding of HCM business processes across multiple modules (preferred).
