  • Manage failure analysis efforts related to optical technology issues.
  • Work with vendors on new optical technology development and quality improvement.
  • Perform data analysis to identify patterns in manufacturing and field performance.
  • Co-Lead a data center connectivity workgroup focusing on industry trends.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optical Engineering, Photonic Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience implementing optical technologies through research or product design.
  • Lab experience with optics and vendor management skills.
  • Leadership and project management skills for team coordination.
  • Data analysis capabilities and proficiency in Python.
  • Expertise in optical modeling and link budget calculation.
