What you'll do

Develop user terminal production factory design to meet high-volume output requirements.
Own floor layouts, capacity studies, and product flow analysis for on-time delivery.
Coordinate construction activities with internal teams and external contractors.

Define new business processes and systems for high-volume manufacturing execution.
Implement data acquisition and tracking for production quality metrics.
Assist leadership in identifying trends and optimizing product output and cost.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, software, industrial, or other engineering discipline
1+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial project management
High-volume production experience (consumer goods, automotive, etc.)
Project management experience with cross-functional business processes
Experience working with contractors on infrastructure projects
Knowledge of database structures and SQL; understanding of lean engineering and Six Sigma concepts
Creative problem-solving skills and exceptional analytical abilities
