Operations Analyst, Software Spend

What you'll do

• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and governance of software spend.
• Own processes for software cost allocation, chargebacks, and spend visibility across divisions.
• Support vendor renewals, negotiations, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on spending patterns and usage trends to support optimization decisions.
• Define, track, and report key operating metrics such as spend per headcount and utilization rates.
• Lead regular portfolio reviews to identify rationalization opportunities and process improvement areas.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, finance, procurement, or vendor management.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in cost modeling, variance analysis, and chargeback methodologies.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Comfort working in systems and data tools to improve process quality, reporting, and operational decision-making.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop clear recommendations, and drive execution with limited oversight.
• Experience supporting or leading vendor renewals, negotiations, or commercial workstreams.
