What you'll do

  • Own the specialized recruiting process for Quantitative Engineering and Algorithmic Trading positions.
  • Develop high-level strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals in alignment with technical priorities.
  • Plan innovative sourcing strategies to attract elite talent from niche environments like Kaggle and GitHub.
  • Ensure a white-glove candidate experience throughout rigorous technical assessments and interviews.
  • Deliver weekly performance analytics and progress reports to senior leadership and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand specific quant stack requirements and modeling needs.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years in Quantitative Engineering or HFT.
  • Blend of agency and startup in-house recruiting experience for high-volume and high-touch roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills, converting passive candidates into hires from niche environments like Kaggle.
  • In-depth knowledge of quantitative tech stack including C++, Python (NumPy/Pandas), Rust, and distributed computing.
  • Expertise in recruitment tools such as Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, SeekOut, and GitHub.
  • Self-starter with precision organizational skills for a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
