What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 in Quantitative Engineering or HFT.
  • Blend of agency and startup in-house experience for high-volume and high-touch roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills to convert passive, highly-compensated talent into hires.
  • In-depth knowledge of quantitative tech stack including C++, Python, Rust, and distributed computing.
  • Expertise in niche channels like Kaggle, GitHub, and quantitative finance conferences.
