What you'll do

Manage monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting and US GAAP statements for in-scope entities.
Oversee intercompany transactions, design elimination policies, and prepare sub-consolidation workpapers.
Maintain books for BVI holding/operating entities and coordinate with offshore counsel and agents.
Apply ASC 820 and ASU 2023-08 for crypto asset fair value measurement and reconcile positions.
Produce monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and board/investor packages.
Develop and document accounting policies, serve as primary external audit contact, and remediate control gaps.

What we're looking for

Active CPA with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in financial services.
Expertise in US GAAP technical skills including consolidation, intercompany transactions, and revenue recognition.
Experience managing multi-entity close processes, especially involving offshore structures like BVI entities.
Knowledge of digital asset accounting standards (ASU 2023-08) and ASC 820 for fair value measurement.
Ability to build and lead a small accounting team while developing scalable systems and automating reporting tasks.
Strong background in internal controls, audit management, and documentation of accounting policies.
