O365 Integration Specialist, Senior

What you'll do

• Design and build O365 solutions including PowerApps and SharePoint to automate client workflows.
• Migrate legacy spreadsheets and email-based trackers into governed, standardized Microsoft 365 environments.
• Establish and audit data input standards to ensure high data quality and prevent data drift.
• Design and document Entity-Relationship Diagrams, data schemas, and Data Dictionaries for downstream integration.
• Configure automated workflows using Power Automate across Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Translate complex operational problems into structured technical requirements for military leadership.
• Manage a ticketing system to resolve user issues and maintain application readiness.
• Prepare SharePoint backends for automated ingestion into enterprise analytics platforms like Palantir Foundry.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience with systems analysis, database design, or enterprise IT advising.
• 6+ years of experience performing SharePoint Site Collection Administration at the directorate or command level.
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade PowerApps and configuring automated workflows in Power Automate.
• Experience with relational database concepts and establishing data input standards to combat data drift.
• Ability to design and document Entity-Relationship Diagrams, data schemas, and Data Dictionaries.
• Ability to translate complex operational problems into structured technical requirements for leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a technical field.
• TS/SCI clearance.
