What we're looking for

Experience with CAD or FEA software packages in a professional, academic, entrepreneurial, or hobby setting.
Mechanical and/or electromechanical design and analysis experience from internships or extracurricular activities.
Demonstrated ability to own hardware or systems within an integrated engineering team outside of a classroom setting.
Graduating with a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or PhD in 2026 or 2027.
Ability to rapidly iterate on designs and analysis for high-level system trades and product direction.
Experience driving holistic design for manufacturing (DFM) focusing on piece part and process count reductions.
