Preferred qualifications are CCNP certification, Linux shell scripting, GitLab CI/CD pipeline development, JIRA and Confluence expertise, and familiarity with NetSecOps technologies like Salt, Ansible, Terraform, and network element management tools.

What you'll do

  • Support 24x7 AGUN operations and provide updates to the Global Cyber Center.
  • Execute standard network policy changes and remediation activities in Cisco SD-WAN environments.
  • Manage service tickets and workflows using ITSM platforms like JIRA Service Desk.
  • Analyze network performance and identify optimization strategies for capacity and reliability.
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex network issues across geographically dispersed enterprise environments.

What we're looking for

  • Active DoD IAT Level II certification or higher.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Cisco SD-WAN environments and knowledge of SDN concepts.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Hands-on experience with InfoVista network performance management tools.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including LAN/WAN, BGP, TCP/UDP, IPSec, and firewalls.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network issues in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience utilizing IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing tools.
