What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience with network monitoring tools like Netcool, SevOne, or Prognosis.
  • Strong hands-on Linux system management skills and support for both Linux and Windows systems.
  • Proficient in SNMP, MIBs, OIDs, and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or PowerShell.
  • Experience working with databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, or Oracle.
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, SYSLOG, RADIUS, IPSec, NAT, and ACLs.
  • Strong problem-solving, writing, and communication skills; experience in Agile methodologies.
