What you'll do

  • Provision and configure network hardware and software for capacity expansion under guidance.
  • Monitor network health using AI-enabled tools and document findings for issue resolution.
  • Triage and investigate network issues in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation to improve team efficiency.
  • Participate in structured troubleshooting sessions focusing on BGP, routing, and hardware faults.
  • Support daily operations by contributing to shift handoffs and incident tracking.

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Networking, Computer Science, or related technical degree program.
  • Holds or pursuing an industry networking certification (CCNA, JNCIA, equivalent).
  • Working knowledge of BGP and OSI model for network problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) or AI tools for automation tasks.
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly under mentor guidance.
  • Excellent written communication skills for documentation and ticket responses.
