What you'll do

Troubleshoot complex network environments including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and multicast issues.
Configure and deploy production changes for routing, firewall, and cloud network infrastructure.
Provide real-time monitoring and incident response for global network infrastructure.
Develop and maintain automation and observability tooling to improve operational efficiency.
Perform deep packet analysis and contribute to root cause investigations of network issues.
Lead escalations and advanced troubleshooting efforts across network, cloud, and infrastructure domains.

What we're looking for

2+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in Cisco, Arista, or Palo Alto environments
Strong fundamentals in routing, switching, firewall technologies, and packet analysis using tools like tcpdump or Wireshark
Experience with scripting and API-driven automation to improve operational efficiency
UNIX/Linux proficiency including shell access and command-line troubleshooting for network diagnostics
Working knowledge of AWS cloud networking, VPCs, routing, security groups, and hybrid connectivity models
Familiarity with network observability tools like Grafana or equivalent high-performance analysis platforms
