What you'll do

  • Provides initial technical support and troubleshooting for C2BMC network hardware and software.
  • Documents and reports all events and issues to the C2BMC Watch Officer (CWO).
  • Assists with network hardware and software installations as directed by local SMEs.
  • Maintains user accounts according to guidance from the local Information System Security Officer (ISSO).
  • Rotates through 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, in a 24/7 operations environment.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher
  • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
  • Knowledge of network concepts, TCP/IP, and virtualization technologies
  • Strong understanding of remote access tools and routing protocols (OSPF, Cisco IOS, JUNOS)
  • Familiarity with TACLANES and encryption devices preferred
  • Experience in Windows Server maintenance required
