What you'll do

  • Develop and qualify systems and tools for NDE radiography.
  • Manage project introductions for new system deployments in production.
  • Create and document method processes for hardware and software qualification.
  • Train Level I & II technicians on written and practical tests for certification.
  • Provide daily technical oversight and maintenance support in production cells.

What we're looking for

  • Nondestructive Evaluation Level II certification in radiography, digital radiography, or computed radiography
  • 5+ years of industry experience as a NDE Inspector with Level III ASNT/NAS-410 certification
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital and computed radiography standards (SNT TC-1-A & NAS410)
  • Experience in training and developing technicians to qualification level I & II
  • Scope, delivery, and implementation of radiographic inspection strategies and systems
  • Problem-solving skills using tools like Practical Problem Solving, 8D, Lean principles, and continuous improvement techniques
