  • Design and integrate new sensors onto machines for predictive and condition-based monitoring.
  • Develop engineering solutions through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address repetitive or high-consequence failures.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance engineering and reliability in high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment control systems, machinery, tooling, and industrial automation.
  • Developed understanding of mechanical, fluid, and electrical component functions.
  • Experience using Microsoft SQL and PowerBI for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing and test equipment including CNC machines, SMT, 3D printers, robotics, etc.
  • Ability to read and understand equipment schematics, P&ID, GD&T, and OEM manuals.
