What you'll do

Own equipment improvement plans to maximize production equipment availability.
Develop and refine equipment reliability programs, including preventive maintenance tasks and BOM development.
Conduct Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) for proactive reliability programs.
Design and integrate new sensors onto machines for predictive monitoring.
Implement engineering solutions through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address repetitive or high-consequence failures.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in maintenance engineering and reliability in high-volume manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with equipment control systems, machinery, tooling, and industrial automation.
Developed understanding of mechanical, fluid, and electrical component functions.
Experience using Microsoft SQL and PowerBI for data analysis.
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing and test equipment including CNC, SMT, 3D printing, robotics, etc.
