What you'll do

Set up and QA data feeds for revenue cycle data from new clients.
Create and deliver time-sensitive ad-hoc reports based on client requests.
Develop validation standards for data transfer/loading and report creation.
Act as an expert in Health Information Systems data models and validation.
Improve data quality, ingestion speed, and all other data processes.

What we're looking for

At least 8 years of experience in analytics with complex datasets.
Expertise in Health Information Systems, preferably Epic.
Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake/T-SQL/Microsoft SQL).
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Experience with data ingestion and database tools like Astronomer Airflow, Data Bricks, MS Azure Blob Storage.
Ownership of data models and management of changing requirements for data models.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
