  • 8+ years of technical experience in designing, architecting, and programming data solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing high-scale cloud data platforms with hands-on Snowflake expertise.
  • Deep domain knowledge in enterprise financial data architectures and HR data domains.
  • Experience as both an Engineering Delivery Manager and a Data Product Owner.
  • Success leading the end-to-end execution of large, complex data-centric initiatives.
  • Strong history of mentoring and developing high-performing teams of data engineers.
  • Exceptional ability to partner across organizational levels and translate technical roadmaps.
