What you'll do
Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to maximize customer and Microsoft value through strong portfolio management.

What we're looking for
Master's degree in CS or related field and 12+ years of technical engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 15+ years of technical engineering experience.
Extensive coding experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Proven leadership in coaching and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong portfolio management skills to maximize customer and Microsoft value.
Experience in fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Expertise in guiding teams on responsible AI practices and emerging technologies.
