As a Multi-Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure Lead, you will join the team as a DevOps infrastructure engineer to support clients in modernizing their IT infrastructures. You will work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configurations for modern solutions, establishing and provisioning virtual machines, networks, and storage components within a DevOps framework. The role involves managing critical server and network components while utilizing various cloud service providers. Key technical requirements include experience with Linux and Windows administration, AWS services like EC2, Lambda, SQS, and SNS, as well as infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. You will also utilize VMWare, Citrix, Python, Bash, and Boto3. The work focuses on solving complex infrastructure challenges by developing, deploying, and managing components for high-stakes missions in a multi-cloud environment.
Manage server configurations for modern cloud solutions and infrastructure components.
Provision virtual machines, networks, and storage using various cloud service providers.
Capture infrastructure and configuration as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Lead teams of cloud or on-premise infrastructure DevOps engineers.
Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or performance.
Develop tools and processes to automate builds, regression testing, monitoring, and releases.
Write scripts using Python, Bash, or Boto3 to drive automation across technical stacks.
Perform security scanning and remediate vulnerabilities within the infrastructure.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience working with DevOps or System Administration teams.
5+ years of experience with Linux and Windows Administration.
2+ years of experience as a team lead of cloud or on-prem infrastructure DevOps teams.
2+ years of experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
2+ years of experience using task management software, such as Jira.
2+ years of experience with AWS Services, such as EC2, Lambda, SQS, or SNS.
2+ years of experience with infrastructure and configuration as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
2+ years of experience with VMWare or Citrix.
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in DevOps in lieu of degree.
Experience performing security scanning and remediating vulnerabilities (preferred).
Experience with Sponsor A&A process, on-prem hardware management, OCI, Azure, and Oracle Database instances (preferred).
Experience troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines, developing automation tools, writing scripts in Python or Bash, and obtaining AWS or OCI certifications (preferred).
