This role requires expertise in iOS, iPadOS, Android, and Windows/macOS operating systems, as well as familiarity with Apple Business Manager. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in enterprise mobility management and a strong background in mobile security and compliance controls.

What we're looking for

US citizenship required
Bachelor's degree in IT or 5+ years of relevant experience
Hands-on MDM platform expertise, e.g., Microsoft Intune
Deep understanding of iOS, iPadOS, Android, and Windows/macOS
Experience with mobile security, authentication, compliance controls
Familiarity with DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certifications
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mobile device issues
