What we're looking for

Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
PhD in CS or related field (preferred).
Strong software engineering background with experience in data-driven modeling, forecasting, and decision making for cloud services.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience with platform observability tools to gain insights into service performance and drive optimizations.
Experience developing cost models and strategies for software services to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Demonstrable experience in capacity planning and resource optimization (preferred).
Knowledge of machine learning pipelines and service monitoring tools (preferred).
