ML Engineer - Creator Studio As part of the Creator Studio team, you will develop agentic intelligence within professional creative applications to enhance and complement a creator's vision. You will be responsible for transforming frontier model capabilities into reliable product behaviors through agentic architecture, tool design, and structured outputs. Your daily work involves building rigorous evaluations for open-ended creative tasks, investigating model failures end-to-end, and collaborating with designers and domain experts to translate workflows into features. You will work with on-device and server foundation models while optimizing for the constraints of on-device inference. The role requires proficiency in Python, PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow, along with experience in LLMs, multimodal ML, prompting, fine-tuning, and retrieval. Candidates should possess strong product sense and an understanding of creative tools like DAWs, NLEs, or image editors to solve complex problems in the creative domain.

What you'll do

Design and build agentic AI capabilities to help users complete tasks within professional creative apps.
Convert raw frontier model capabilities into reliable product behaviors using agentic architecture and structured outputs.
Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks and quality measures for complex, open-ended creative tasks.
Optimize foundation models for performance on resource-constrained, on-device hardware.
Investigate and debug model failures from the user-facing symptom down to the underlying technical cause.
Translate real-world creative workflows into functional features by collaborating with designers and domain experts.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience developing and shipping reliable, maintainable, and testable code.
Hands-on experience applying LLMs, foundation models, or multimodal ML to real products or projects.
Strong intuition for experimental design and statistical techniques to measure effects from noise.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners in a fast-paced environment.
Experience building agentic systems, LLM tool-use, or evaluation harnesses (preferred).
Deep experience as a power user of creative tools like DAWs, NLEs, or image editors (preferred).
Proficiency in Python and deep-learning toolkits such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow (preferred).
