What you'll do

• Adds data and documents changes in building management systems.
• Participates in creating incident timelines and root-cause analyses.

• Learns accountability for project outcomes and shares ideas.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of technical services experience preferred.
• Experience in high-availability critical infrastructure environments needed.
• Ability to pass a background check through CJIS criminal justice system.
• Assists in creating and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepares paperwork for maintenance planning and incident documentation.
