What you'll do

Own and evolve solutions to ensure developer workflows are reliable and easy to scale over time.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to CI reliability, performance regressions, and cross-platform inconsistencies.
Create automation to reduce repetitive work in workflow orchestration, quality gates, and dependency updates.
Use AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot for debugging, code review, documentation, and prototyping with solid engineering judgment.
Build and operate developer productivity systems such as CI/CD platforms and internal developer portals.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with coding languages like C++, Java, Python.
Experience automating developer workflows using CI/CD pipelines and testing automation.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern AI-assisted engineering tools.
Hands-on knowledge of building and operating developer productivity systems such as CI/CD platforms.
Ability to debug complex issues across Windows and Linux environments, including dependency management.
Familiarity with AI evaluation practices for engineering workflows and ensuring data security.
