What you'll do

Hire, onboard, develop, coach, mentor, and evaluate Cloud & AI Architects and Engineers.
Build and maintain a diverse team of Data Science and AI professionals passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
Ensure your team delivers quality production deployments that are resilient and successful for customers.
Engage with strategic customers as an executive sponsor to accelerate Azure adoption and improve infrastructure posture.
Coach the team to provide feedback from customers back to Microsoft teams for continuous improvement.
Drive operational excellence by managing consumption of opportunities and delivering high-quality reporting.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT consulting.
3+ years of people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers or technical architect managers.
Certification in Microsoft Azure Technologies or AI certifications preferred.
7+ years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or consultative delivery roles.
Proven ability to map customer needs to technical solutions and drive change management.
Technical understanding of security and Microsoft Azure Solutions.
