What we're looking for

3+ years of mission-critical service management experience or equivalent

Applicable certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, CCNA, ITIL v3 Foundation, and PMP
Enterprise-level project management for large-scale and complex programs
Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements in a global enterprise environment
Ability to work flexible hours including non-business hours
