What you'll do

Lead regional strategy to drive adoption of M365 Copilot and related AI tools among SMB customers.
Own end-to-end execution of Dynamics 365 Business Central growth and ERP transformation initiatives in SMB segments.
Deliver against FY26 AIBS growth targets by managing revenue, customer adds, and key performance indicators.
Orchestrate integrated pipeline management and top deal orchestration to ensure predictable sales progression.
Scale partner ecosystem for AI and Dynamics 365 growth through skilling, certification, and joint GTM execution.
Build a high-performance sales organization focused on AI-first selling and consultative business transformation conversations.

What we're looking for

Over 13 years of experience in sales or leadership roles within multi-tiered large organizations.
At least 7 years of direct people management experience leading high-performance teams.
Proven track record of managing and developing sales teams across various sales engines.
Deep understanding of AI solutions, Dynamics 365, and partner ecosystems.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Computer Science.
Strong background in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
