What you'll do

Grow the platform with prioritized backlog, release planning, and adoption analysis.
Drive AI-assisted coding strategy by integrating AI capabilities into the platform.
Partner with data scientists to prioritize research and predictive models for productivity gains.
Translate complex productivity data into narratives that influence VP/CVP engineering leaders.
Shape the company's external position in developer productivity through strategic partnerships.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in technical program management or related discipline.
5+ years of experience working directly with engineering organizations to improve productivity.
3+ years of experience supporting data science and research efforts.
Experience shipping AI-powered capabilities or defining an AI tooling strategy for coding.
Experience building or managing data products, analytics platforms, measurement systems.
