What you'll do

Leads the disciplined adoption of AI tools and Responsible AI practices across software development lifecycle.
Drives operational excellence for production services by enhancing diagnosability, incident prevention, and secure operations.
Breaks long-term vision into milestones, manages project execution, and ensures secure delivery with operational readiness.
Partners with stakeholders to validate user requirements, incorporate customer insights, and advocate for security and privacy needs.

What we're looking for

12+ years technical engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
4+ years of people management experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, and building high-performing teams.
Experience owning end-to-end customer and developer experiences across product surfaces.
Expertise in distributed systems and production operations for reliability and observability.
Proven ability to design and deliver secure services with privacy considerations.
Demonstrated use of AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software development lifecycle quality and velocity.
Strong customer empathy, using feedback to iterate on product experiences.
