What you'll do

Own and deliver end-to-end engineering foundations work to improve developer experience.
Partner with teams to translate pain points into practical tooling and process improvements.
Design scalable solutions for CI/CD pipelines, build/test infrastructure, and validation frameworks.
Apply security-first mindset in daily engineering tasks, including secure coding practices.
Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted tools to enhance developer productivity and reliability.

What we're looking for

Experience building or operating services on Azure or a comparable cloud platform.
Expertise in secure engineering practices including threat modeling, secure coding, secrets management, and authentication/authorization.
Track record of delivering production software end-to-end with clear ownership of components or capabilities.
Proven success improving engineering productivity through tooling, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and operational tooling.
Experience building developer platforms or frameworks such as validation frameworks, test infrastructure, and internal SDKs.
Demonstrated ability to operate and improve the reliability of software systems by diagnosing issues and validating improvements.
Successful cross-team collaboration in clarifying requirements, evaluating tradeoffs, and delivering agreed outcomes.
