What you'll do

Own and deliver the end-to-end FastTrack experience for customers.
Provide proactive architectural guidance to help customers avoid risks and accelerate time to value.
Lead AI adoption by guiding customers on Dynamics 365 Copilot, agents, and AI-enabled processes.
Define and execute AI transformation roadmaps aligned with business outcomes and responsible AI principles.
Collaborate internally to influence product capabilities and improve the FastTrack experience.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and at least 2 years of experience in the technology industry.
Proven experience with Dynamics 365, including customization or extension of business applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft sales processes and tools.
Experience implementing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft technologies.
Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
Experience designing or implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
