What you'll do

Act as a technical lead in designing large-scale, fault-tolerant platforms for Azure SKUs.
Drive end-to-end architectural alignment for new platform capabilities and SKUs at scale.
Lead cross-functional teams to orchestrate complex SKU lifecycles from development to launch.
Translate complex distributed-systems concepts into clear recommendations for leadership.
Define program goals, success criteria, and roadmaps based on long-term strategy and needs.
Establish system-level success metrics and ensure telemetry is built into the platform.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
At least 2 years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
Experience with distributed systems and AI/cloud infrastructure preferred.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional and cross-team projects.
Strong technical leadership and judgment in system design tradeoffs.
Expertise in defining and driving end-to-end architectural alignment across components.
